Double-wide Mobile Homes or Triple-wide Mobile Homes
No homes older than 10 years (1995 and newer)
Requirements
for 80-85% LTV - Max LTV 80% (possible 85% with compensating factors
Minimum "B" credit, fico of 570 mid-score
If on acreage, lender will value 10 acres maximum
6% seller concessions allowed on purchases. NO seller carrys.
Bankruptcy must be discharged 2 years or more with good reestablished
credit.
True modulars treated as stick built.
Must not have ever had wheels or tongue to be considered modular.
UBC tagged.
Must be owner occupied or true second home. Will not consider any
NOO.
Permanent foundation is concrete block perimeter or post and pier
with posts below frost level.
MINIMUM
LOAN AMOUNT: $90,000
