• Lending Ratio: Up to 100% of acceptable financial instrument or contract instrument value, less the cost of funds (interest).
• Terms: The terms of repayment will coincide with the terms in the instrument.
• Repayment Schedule: We are very flexible in structuring the repayment of the funds. The payment of the monies can be structured for a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or even annual basis. Also, we can structure the payments to be deferred for several years depending on the length of the term.
• Fees: There is an upfront non-refundable due diligence fee. This is dependent on the instrument being funded.
